Day-01          Arrive Islamabad transfer to hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Islamabad and Rawalpindi 

Day-02          Fly to Skardu (flight is subject to weather). In case flight cancellation drive to Chilas 11-12 hours 

Day-03          Free day in SKardu or drive from Chilas to Skardu along with Indus River 8-9 hours 

Day-04          Heli trip over Baltoro Glacier to K2, Broad Peak and Gasherbrum base camp 

Day-05          Heli trip over Battura glacier to Upper Hunza and Shimshal and Hunza Valley 

Day-06          Heli trip to Nanga Parbat Rupal, Raikot, Diamer base camp and Deosai Plateau

Day-07          Spare day if weather is bad or visit Sihgar Fort, Cold Desert and Shigar valley 

Day-08          Spare day if weather is bad  or Visit Satpara Lake, Kachura Lake and Skardu town 

Day-09          Fly to Islamabad in Case of flight cancellation drive to Chilas 8-9 hours

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Timings: Flying time calculations are based on shortest route, which may vary slightly because of weather, safety and client considerations.

All flying charges will be calculated from base to base, with 100% payment in advance.

Balance if any must be paid within 7 days of completion of flight, if the client fails to pay the balance

Charges: within the prescribed period a 5% surcharge on the amount payable will be levied. For outstanding dues for more than 30 days AAL shall charge additional surcharge @ six month KIBOR + 2% of the outstanding dues per annum.

Daily Flying: Minimum flying single engine 1.5 hrs and twin engine 2 hrs per day.

Specialized Operations: Specialized operations subject to finalization of details and acceptance of cost effects.

Safety & Security: Confirmation and execution of mission is subject to meeting all safety and security requirements (MoD).

Processing: 7 working days minimum (in case of all Pakistani passengers) if Foreigners are involved necessary

security clearance is required from ISI or MI Dte which takes 6-8 weeks of time.

Logistics: Crew boarding and lodging for night stay, aircraft security, helipad preparations on un-manned location, and fuel transportation to non-regular station i.e. less Gilgit and Skardu, at user’s expense by AAL.

Waiting: Non-flying days will be charged as 2 hrs of flying per day.

Night Stay Charges: A sum of US $ 500/- will be charged per night.

Availability: Not Guaranteed – Final availability is subject to meeting all safety and security requirements and release of aircraft by Army on due dates, while free space will be at the disposal of Army and AAL for its use.
