Nanga Perbat the ninth highest peak of the world, and second highest in Pakistan, lies in the western corner pillar of the Himalayas. It is an isolated range of peaks just springing up nothing and is surrounded by Indus River and Astore valley on the east or southeast face. Nanga Parbat Pravata means the necked mountain, being loosing 47 lives, it is been known by killer mountain, the local name is Diamri which mean the king of mountain, three are 4 or 6 summits of Nanga Parbat from all routes.
